IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Montenegro-Kosovo 2014-2020 The global objective of the programme is to improve the standard and quality of living of the people in the programme area through the environmentally sustainable and socially inclusive economic development of the region, with respect for its common cultural and natural heritage.
Since April 2018, in Prishtina the Antenna Office of the Joint Technical Secretariat for the IPA II Cross-border Cooperation Programs Montenegro – Albania and Montenegro – Kosovo 2014-2020 began its work.
The Antenna Office of the Joint Technical Secretariat is already operational and is located in Garibaldi Street in the city center of Prishtina. The project officer engaged in Antenna office will be at disposal for potential applicants and project beneficiaries within the IPA II CBC Program for Cross-Border Cooperation Program Montenegro – Kosovo 2014-2020, financed by the European Union.
The Joint Technical Secretariat through the Antenna Office in Pristina will provide the assistance for potential applicants in partner search, capacity building for project development and implementation (i.e. organizing Partner Search Forums, organizing Project Cycle Management trainings), monitor and advise grant beneficiaries, perform promotional campaigns and other activities aimed at raising public awareness on the IPA CBC Programme.
