IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Montenegro-Kosovo 2014-2020 The global objective of the programme is to improve the standard and quality of living of the people in the programme area through the environmentally sustainable and socially inclusive economic development of the region, with respect for its common cultural and natural heritage.
The Grant Award Ceremony was held in Prishtina on the occasion of cross-border cooperation between Montenegro and Kosovo. Municipality of Andrijevica applied within this Call for proposals and was selected to be funded for a project related to the development of agriculture.
The value of the project is around 262,545 EUR, whose realization will strengthen the agricultural sector. The project is intended for farmers and young people from the target region (Andrijevica, Plav and Berane).
This project is certainly a big step for the Municipality and is one of the strategic priorities in the five-year period, and its implementation will significantly influence the further development of agriculture.
The planned period of implementation period is 18 months.
